I can agree with this wholeheartedly. The main issue I have is with the usage of the term "post-colonial" as opposed to neo-colonial. Post-colonial gives the impression of "now we's free, we got our own flag!" as opposed to the reality of constant external manipulation and fomenting of wars and genocide to krakkkapean ends.
