Default Re: Healing Properties of the Cashew

Greetings Kala!

BlackNificent article sister. Just reading about the Cashew fruit brings back some sweet memories from my childhood growing up in Trinidad. This is one of my favorite fruits to eat growing up as a child. Once I left Trinidad I never saw Cashews growing on a Tree which is one beautiful sight when they are beginning to ripen. Here in america I only see the nuts, I have never seen the fruit itself.

Back in the days I was just eating to my hearts content. The fruit was on the tree so you just picked at will and put the nuts in a can that was always close by for roasting at a later time. Hearing about all the nutritional value the cashew has is just wonderful.

Much appreciation Kala for sharing all this valuable information on one of natures sweet treats.

Peace!
Ojú
