Just stop being overweight, just stop putting red and blond in your hair, just stop “step showing”, just stop going to the damn malls and spending money you know you really don’t have, just stop being a democrat, just stop being a mason, just stop gettin’ high, just stop lying to each other and to yourself, just stop mistreating each other, just stop smoking, just stop buying all these damn expensive cars you know you can’t really afford, just stop eating junk food and especially junk fast food, just stop pretending you are more important than you really are, especially now that you have a “degree”, just stop mistreating the babies and the children, just stop drinkin all that garbage malt likker and that stink smelling beer, just stop bootlicking the white man’s b..t, just stop being a 100% made in amerikkka negro, just stop disrespecting the great death sacrifices of your dignified ancestors, ancestors who struggled against oppression, tyranny and were murdered for their beliefs, just stop watching all those damn stupid soap operas and sports events, just stop washing your car all the time and wasting precious water so you can front- with nowhere to go, just stop eating that nasty worm infested pork and pork products, just stop turning a deaf ear to the truth, just stop being divided over all these stupid man-made religions that haven’t gotten you, your family or your race any where yet in 400 years, just stop ignoring the great workers in our race who are here now and working full time to save your dumb a…, just stop hustlin’ each other, just stop killin’ each other, just stop talkin’ and do somethin’ or help someone else who’s doing somethin’ to build the Black nation, just stop having such a thick head, just stop wearing all those tight clothes showing more that you disrespect yourself than anything else, just stop celebrating all these ignorant white holidays, just stop hoopin’ and hollerin’, just stop wastin’ time doin’ nothing, just stop joining fraternities and sororities which make you a greek rather than an afrikan, just stop suffering from an identity crisis, just stop being mad at me for telling the truth and
