** For those interested --I will leave it to the inquistive mind to seek to translate what I've said from igbo to English -- some words might prove challeneging but try your best ---call it a primer to the upcoming Igbo sessions.
Enjoy these wise sayings of the Igbo people:
ka anyi me ngwa ngwa mehere odachi -- 'make hay while the sun
shines'
' a stitch in time saves nine'
Agbakota onu nuo mamiri, ogba ufufu -- 'there's strength in unity'
Onye kwelu osu, oya ka ana akpo Ekwensu -- ' We are the charters
of our own destiny, our
own worst enemies, the
devil within if we let
that get the better part'
Ukpana okpoko gburu, o nti chiri ya -- 'the grasshopper that the cricket
kills must be deaf -- if we don't
heed to early warning then we bear
the consequences of our own
foolishness'
