i believe this question has met it's answer! Because in my case, to let go means not to forget, but to fully release the energy into progressive work. To aknowlege the suffering as something that is very real will always be in me...but i think that the ancestors were trying to tell me that i needed a more balanced sense of acknowledgement! I send all my love and gratitude to you and your wonderful family unit - you have indeed been an inspiration and we will be repatriating this year also! So i will stay in touch.
