"One must see shallowness as a strategy for the enemy to pull one to greater depths. The more shallow one's thinking is, the more shallow one's understanding of the war is. The greater the depths one is pulled into, the less likely the person can pull himself out or be pulled out"

Pele O Ifajakuta
This is good info for several reasons. For obvious reasons it is always good to hear from our Afrikan deities. However, the other reason makes me think about the LIES people tell on the Afrikan tradition. I recently had a "babalawo" tell me that during his Ifa initiation (Cuba) they told him that the reason he likes to or needs to travel is because he has a FOREIGN (NON AFRIKAN) SPIRIT walking with him! What the....?! But the deities NEVER say stuff like that. It is only the plantation minded Afrikan that will say something like that in the name of the deities. The deities whether they be Abosom, Vodu, Orisa, kwk constantly tell us things that Nana Asuo Gyebi said in this post that you made. I am glad you posted this because it has encouraged me to post what the deities say to me about this anti-Afrikan situation we find ourselves in. |
