I've come to understand that learning Twi (or any language) can not be done in isolation. A person must have an understanding of the culture that's connected to the language they're trying to learn. In my case, it's Akan culture. I'm looking for a list of resources (books, websites, traditional oral accounts kwk) that will increase my knowledge of Akan culure, history, spirituality, folk tales etc. I have read a few books by Kwame Gyekye and other writers speaking on different aspects of Akan culture, but you can never have too many resources!
