ATTENTION ALL COMRADES!

This is a note to inform you that Jamal Hart, the son of Mumia Abu-Jamal, is in need of the people's assistance. Jamal has been unjustly incarcerated for 13 years now. He is currently required to serve 15 years for a crime he didn't commit. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD WORLDWIDE!

As of this note, Jamal still remains at FCI Loretto in Loretto, PA. He was eligible for a minimum security level facility in May of this year. This is mid-July and there has been no movement! He was informed that the primary reason for this so-called delay is because of an unnecessary accusation in March of 2004. According to their policy, anything over 3 years is null and void in their records.

That's obviously not so for Jamal. His Counselor decided to sabotage his transfer request as a result of this incident that occurred 5 years ago. Suddenly, when the Warden checks his records, the paperwork is mysteriously GONE! Mind you, this incident occurred when Jamal was at FCI Fairton in Fairton, NJ. He's been gone from there for 5 years now.

This is absolutely unacceptable for this man to go through! And it's not the first time he has had to fight for a transfer. So, as his spokesperson, I need your help.

We need to BOMBARD the Central Offices in Washington DC with phone calls demanding that Jamal Hart (50597-066) be transferred to his choice facility immediately! The Regional Office in Philadelphia is delaying the process as well. So, we have to start at the top to kick them in the ass and get them moving on this. This is where you and the masses come in to help.
