Intro to me...
Hello everyone,
My name is Shukrani and I am studying Wolof with Obadele. I have been studying off and on for a couple of years now, and I have finally decided to get serious about learning, speaking, reading and writing Wolof. I am so very grateful for this forum because there is nowhere else offering this quality of class for Wolof. I have a deep desire to learn this language as part of my studies of Anthropololgy, but also as part of my plan to re-locate to Senegal. As for me, I am a former math teacher, former Student of the Shule Ya Watoto (Brother Hanibal Afrik) and current African dancer (Ko-thi African Dance Company). My path seems to be a crazy mix of teaching, dancing, and learning. I love it. So glad to be on this path. Moferefun Oshun.  Nice meeting you all. Shukrani Ni
