      Default New to Abibitumi Kasa

Hello everyone. I am new to Abibitumi Kasa. I attended a lecture this weekend that was given by Runoko Rashidi. It was very informative and everyone in attendance was very patient with me, and I appreciate you all.

I have been studying Black history on my own now for about 20 years. One thing about Black history is that it is truly timeless, so there is always something new to learn. Even though I shy away from social media, this forum is great because it is composed of like-minded people, which is very refreshing.

We're glad to have you! Also glad that you benefited from Dr. Rashidi's lecture. I'm also a student of Black History pretty much from birth going. That's exactly what this is...we cater to Afrikans who know they're Afrikan so we're able to bypass a LOT of the foolishness you get swamped with in other places. We hope to see a lot more of you around here!

Mekyea wo, mo ki yin @AnitaTA,

Yɛma wo akwaaba, ẹ káàbọ̀ sí Abibitumi Kasa Afrikan Language and Liberation Institutes.

First things first, you'll want to update your profile pic, avatar and your individual user settings at http://www.abibitumikasa.com/forums/usercp.php

We know there's quite a lot of information here and it can be daunting, though if you're familiar with how online forums work, you'll breeze through everything. We recommend that new users take advantage of the FAQ section of the Help Center to see how the site works at: http://www.abibitumikasa.com/forums/help-center/

We also recommend, particularly for potential students of our live streaming online classes, that you go through the online instructional videos that show you how to do everything from post a thread, login to member classroom and how to set up deskpins and audio/video functionality:
      http://www.abibitumikasa.com/forums/...tional-videos/

You'll enjoy your stay here as your mission intersects with our own. Feel free to drink of the healing waters which flow through this medium and let us know when and where we may be of assistance! My name is Ọbádélé, but I'm also known here as Ɔkyeame Kwame. I teach three Afrikan languages here (Akan (Twi), Yorùbá and Wolof) and Capoeira (here in Ghana). I'm also a survival training instructor with a formation known as the Black Survival Network/OLSP.

We hope you enjoy your reAfrikanization and dewhitenization processes here at Abibitumi Kasa Afrikan Language and Liberation Institutes
