Meda ase Queen for the time and consideration you gave to Mama Mawusi and myself as we were repping Akoko Nan Homeschool Resouce Center and the online Co-op Classes at last night's meeting. In all honesty, I only just recently dug my heels in and learned how to better navigate Abibitumi's site and work out my on-going tech kinks/questions. Now, armed with much needed tech advice, I can confidently take part in conversations, particularly video ones. Ohh, so far, the tech blips continue to periodically occur when on the classroom on both party's ends, but I know troubleshooting tips that pretty much resolves the immediate issue. Ahhh, RESOLUTION IS A BEAUTIFUL THANG!

Thanks so much errthang! It looks like a really interesting site. Lots of info here , so I might actually need to get some advice on how to do stuff on it from time to time. Dont worry about the Twi, I am still learning myself, but Iook forward to communicating with you on the forum and thanks again for the welcome.

Mekyea wo me nua. I meant to inform you a bit earlier that my daughter and I DID view Pieces of Identity last week, but due to a meeting, was not able to attend the discussion. My 9-yr old watched it again several days ago and proclaimed, "There's some things I really liked and some things I didn't really care for". She said that "it's ok that the mulatto man claimed his Afrikan side, but he didn't have to be the King's daughter's boyfriend. That's polluting everything up when they go back home!" Saadaya was REALLY turned off by the Bakongo King "hugging and kissing all up on that little white boy". She said out loud, "Those people aren't your FRIENDS!". Saadaya had been introduced already to Leopold II, so she understood the mentacidal act committed by the King in befriending your true enemy. I just want to say "Meda ase" to you and Abibitumi kasa for introducing another fine film to our family; keep 'em coming! I will try to join in on the next movie/discussion.
