  1. AKALI Worldwide Ujamaa Campaign Part 1

Mekyea mo (i greet you all) Afrikans!
As we take this journey towards De-whitenization & ReAfrikanization, we must be Vigilant in re-aligning Ourselves with our sacred ancestral way. We Must eat the foods of the Earth that Our Sheps (ancestors) ate. We Must completely Reject the yurugu asili, which DOES include their "death die-it", which we have inherited from the Maafa. This has become a Very Effective tool to Teach Us how to annihilate ourselves (and sometimes "enjoy" it....) for the Benefit of Afrikan genocide. What better way to Exterminate a people, than to Teach them to KILL THEMSELF? without them even real-eyes-ing WHAT they are doing? Is that not the most powerful form of psychological warfare? Is this why i hear sooo many nationalist Afrikans say "don't talk to me about that vegan "health stuff", what has that got to do with WAR?!" So Wait?? Does that mean?...Healing Our bodies, Rejecting the yurugu death die-it, and Re-Storing our Original ancestral diet is not a part of the WAR?

We need to be very careful what thoughts we allow to manifest when we speak of WAR. We need to be very crystal clear about what this term really means for US, exclusively, as Afrikan people, who have been facing Extreme Terroristic Genocide before many of us can even remember. If we choose to reject the Insanity of muzungus' psychotic ways, that has been FORCE-FED to All of Us, then we must incorporate a method of Re-vive-ing our ancestral Order of living in harmony with Asase Yaa (Mama Earth) and honoring our bodies as vessels of divine communication and Transformation. Aane!! This IS a very serious aspect of Our WAR! If yuh nuh ready fi dis yet, den...get Ready Now!!!!! But don't ever think that Nutricidal warfare is not a planned part of Global Afrikan Genocide cause if you think that then you are SOOOOO VERY-Wrong. So....Get your mind Right! and Get on board this Healing Journey.

If Afrikans in north america, & europe would devote ourselves to buying atleast 1/2 of our food items/groceries at Afrikan (caribbean, Afrikan-south & central american and continental) grocers and local farmers/merchants we would see Many Changes. We need to address our insane eating habits and return to a live fruit-vegetable based diet. We must devote our time to learn, study & re-search Afrikan and caribbean vegetable-based diets. The AKALI Worldwide Ujamaa Campaign is a Global calling to all Asafo's to sound the Akoben (war horn)
for the total nourishment, healing and sustainability of ourselves for ReAfrikanization. Sistahs and brothers, we must embrace our ancient values of Living in Harmony with Asase Yaa IF We want to LIVE.

We must come to know the earth-based foods and original diet of our ancestors. as our Elders have taught us, our ancient Afrikan diet was based on tropical fruits, green leafy vegetables, root vegetables, seaweed, all types of nuts and seeds, ground provisions (yam, plaintain, sweet potatoes, dasheen, cassava, edos, cho-cho kwk) whole grains such as brown rice & wild rice, beans, West Afrikan millet, quinoa, fonio and whole grain couscous kwk, among other divine foods that grow in abundance in our natural habitat. We have always been a people that knew how to live in harmony with nature and how to honor & respect the natural cycles of the Earth.
We have become diverted from Our Way because we have been FORCED to participate in Our Own genocide.

Unlike our nananom who had NO choice we can now make decisions for ourselves. Let's make a Collective Pledge of Honor to our Sheps & give yurugu Back ALL their Beastly habits. Give them back their MacDeath and Krakkkatucky Fried Chitlins'. Give them back their genetically modified beef, pork & chicken. Give them back their dairy, msg-loaded-chips, pop-tarts, candy bars & "krakkkas". We either give them back their dis-eased eat-"tasty"-food-then-medicate-yourself-all-the-way-2-the-cemetery-death-culture or we wither away and die. It's really OUR choice.

The vegan "way of life" that yurugu promotes is their "one-love-flower-power-hippie-health food industry" and does not suit our genetic make-up. We ARE Afrikans. If we are going to be vegan we must do it OUR way. We must prepare our authentic ancestral dishes and put Our cultural stamp of perfection on it. Our Sheps have left us with All the secrets of how to eat to live. Let's make a daily and concise effort to follow their righteous path to ensure a long Healthy and Vibrant Life.

    (Continued above....)

  2. "Our evolution as a people is tied to whether we can find the courage, strength, Humility, patience, devotion, commitment, Fearlessness, steadfastness and joy to love each other unconditionally, to help ourselves Re-Build collectively and not be afraid to sacrifice parts of ourselves in order to harmonize with the greater purpose of nationbuilding. Our nation-building process was always pioneered first by the coming together of couples (with the permission and guidance of Elders and Sages), and then when the foundation of family was set after the birth of children, we then began to start the unification of these families for the purpose of Nation-hood."

Re-Afrikanation in the diaspora- My Journey!, My Story!

by Kentake on 10-11-2008 at 06:30 AM
The memory is still very fresh in my mind....it was a Saturday....on a very bright sunny June afternoon...my father propped me up on the kitchen counter and began to recite to me the bizarre circumstances and horrific, heart-wrenching details of the MAAFA.This was the 1st time i had ever heard any member of my family acknowledge their Afreekan origin with such spiritual conviction, undying passion and revolutionary fervor! At the time, i was 6 years old and very much in love and in awe of this ebony
