    Maakye,
That's a great idea. You have no idea how at hotep I've been these past weeks since starting to contribute at abibitumikasa and meeting you and some of the other members, true abibifahodie asafo who have committed their lives to nation building. It's like finding your long lost family. Let me know when you want to meet up in the classroom. It'd be great to have a voice to put with that fyah Afrikan warrior womb-spirit :-)

Meda ase for the invite to Melanin Goddezz. I spent some time on there last night and can't wait to share my perspective. We'll talk some more on that.

  18. The current model of manhood and of how to interact with the Afrikan woman is the teachings of the enslaver/colonizer (so too is the current model of Afrikan womanhood); the Arab, European, Asian, they who practice rape, murder, and dehumanization. The Afrikan woman is approached by the Afrikan man as if she is an object of gratification to be used to satisfy urges just as the enslaver/colonizer did and does. The sadism of the enslaver/colonizer is the defining characteristic of the sexual relations of the Afrikan man and woman.

Force, degradation, pain, screams of so-called ecstasy, references to domination, Herculean acrobatic efforts, subjugation, sodomy, the swallowing of the seed of life, entering into the bedchamber as a conqueror, going into the Afrikan Woman to “do” something to; to “take” something from; to “rape [use deceit, threaten social, physical, or psychological deprivation, take advantage of, offering material benefits, making false promises, using violence,)” and not tocreate, kwk.

The molestation, rape and/or abandonment of the offspring that result. All schizoid, psychotic actions, that we have learned from the enslaver/colonizer and now consider sane. After five centuries of such sickness, perpetrated by the Afrikan man seeking to imitate their model of manhood- the “Wretched Asiatic” the Afrikan woman has also come to define this behavior as proper (see our children social expressions for proof); as an expression of true manhood as a definition of proper sexual relations of proper communication, preferring to be “man-handled”.

If one has only known pain, has only been treated like bodily waste, one will begin to define that as normal and consider its opposite when encountered as abnormal. How far we are from our Afrikan selves. We have become the bastards of another culture. We have undergone forced acculturation and lost ourselves, because we do not look to ourselves.

What is our intentionality? By intentionality i mean the social structures which give meaning to our experience. It is the earth out of which our intentions, our emotive force, spring forth. What is the intentionality of our actions? It is European intentionality. What has happened to the Afrikan intentionality? It is buried within us, awaiting revivification.

What is our intentionality in our communication as Afrikan men and women? What is our intentionality in our sexual expression, our sexual intercourse, our sexual play?

  19. AKALI Worldwide Ujamaa Campaign Part 3

Everyone of us has an Afrikan=continental, caribbean or "afro-latino" grocer in our neighbourhood. Check out what they have in their store that is healthy for the Afrikan body, mind and spirit. Ask the employees how certain foods are eaten or prepared. If you do not know what it is....ask me!! I have a few Afrikan continental recipes at Home | Abibitumi Kasa: An Afrikan (African) Language+Liberation Institute & i have access to online resources where We can learn How to prepare Our OWN vegan Afrikan dishes. Look out for my cooking-class videos on ReAfrikanization nutrition at RBG Tube | PanAfrican.TV v2.0 - Free Revolutionary Audio Video Speech Library of Leaders, Activist, and Educators (& youtube). Coming up in February 2010!! Remember, We ARE at WAR and a people at WAR Do Not Eat from the Hands of their Enemies. PERIOD. NO Excuses.

Aane!, We ALL buy atleast some of our food from them (grocery stores, whole food stores kwk) but in such cases we MUST wash, cleanse, purify and prepare it. Even when we need to go to the whole foods grocers (all of which are owned by homosexual yurugus who practice beastality!) to buy organic, (which IS Important when you live in this beast!) we must be Very Selective about what we purchase. If necessary, buy some organic fruits and vegetables from whole foods grocers and see what Our people have that WE Need. Caribbean grocers Always have some fruits and vegetables that come str8 from the islands, which essentially, are organic as well.

This is Our AKALI Worldwide Ujamaa Campaign. If we can implement these ideas in our local neighborhoods we can make sum real changes, real fast. We All Eat (or atleast drink...) & We All should be eatin' Our OWN foods. We must Back Up Off of supporting muzungu/arab/asian grocers/businesses as much as we can, under these insane circumstances. We must Return the Majority of Our small earnings Back to Our Communities. We must Return our earnings Back into the pockets of our own extended families.

We must begin to Re-store the system of Susu Economics so we can begin to see a consistent change in our social and economic conditions (which will inevitably enable us to finance this entire process of Abibifahodie). Even if We can only start in little ways, for now....it's better than doing Nothing at all. As We develop into a REAL Asafo (warrior) commune-unity over time we will make changes and advancements in this area and all areas of this WAR. This is one way We can truly Live the Legacy of ReAfrikanization, 365/24-7. For more info on how we can collaborate on the AKALI Worldwide Ujamaa Campaign hollah at me, Yeye Kentake by p.m. here at Abibitumi Kasa.

  20. AKALI Worldwide Ujamaa Campaign Part 2

WE Must Create our own fruit and vegetable co-ops so we can FEED OUR OWN PEOPLE. A people that Cannot provide basic necessities for themselves will always be at the mercy of their enemies. They will always do whatever they want with us if we cannot provide for ourselves. As for Afrikans who live in the north, it has always been more difficult for us. But, regardless of the challenges....we must also come up with some soul-lutions as to how to sustain ourselves, right here in this ice-cold yurugu climate. We must research, study and implement ways to network and mobilize on nutritional alliances/ cooperatives with our people who are sustainable farmers in or around our area (or with any of our people who know about vegan nutrition, period). If there are no Afrikans involved in this look out for what the native populations are doing.

Support your local Afrikan grocers. Do the research on the internet if you don't know where they are. I am Sure we all have atleast 1 in our area or somewhere within the city we live. If you don't have a car to get there take the bus. Create groups that can support this incentive collectively. Buy whatever tropical fruits, whole grains and vegetables they have that is grown in the Caribbean, South/Central america or Afrika and which can be used as a part of the vegetable-based diet. If they don't have anything, ask them if they can purchase/import the foods that you need. I can help you all to make a list of the main fruits and vegetables in our ancestral diet. Just hollah. Make an agreement with them to buy a certain supply from them each month. Become a regular customer.

These are just a few ideas that are simple and easy ways to Live the reality of ReAfrikanization, Everyday. We must use Ujamaa commerce in order to Survive. We must do this on a collective level so our people will begin to benefit from our efforts, all over north america and all over the world. It sounds like just an "Idea" right now but it is Our Determination and Commitment that will make it work. We Must make changes so that our dependency on yurugu, arab and asian corporations and businesses can be uplifted. We Must do this. & Soon. When we buy from Our Afrikan grocers we make a concise effort to reverse this trend of "eating at the dinner table" with yurugu. Who in their Right Afrikan mind will "break bread" with their enemies and expect to be Liberated?

COMPLAINING is Real Easy. But being Pro-active about our Total Re-surrection seems difficult for too many of us. It's time to put Words into Action. We either do that or shut the hell up!! We may not own many businesses but One Thang We Do Specialize in is Our Own food. We have Alot of healthy alternatives within the Afrikan diet. If we don't know about it We need to do the research. It is accessible and available on the internet. This is a serious aspect of ReAfrikanization family. It's not just "that healthy vegan talk" from the sistahs. It's about Our SURVIVE-ALL. It's about LIFE or DEATH. This is a very crucial aspect of the WAR. If We Don't Know this Yet then We better Wake Up and Know it Now!! We also have Afrikan grocers that sell our ancestral foods ONLINE!

If you need their contacts, check out the thread called "Children of the Sun, Re-Vive-ing our indigeneous ancestral diet" at Afrikan Healing Systems here at AKALI. Join this Global Effort so you can play an active part in the formation of the AKALI Worldwide Ujamaa Campaign. We need to START the process of putting yurugu, arab & asian businesses on Lockdown! IS IT NOT THE ASIANS IN AFRIKA NOW DISSECTING UP THE CONTINENT FOR THEMSELVES? Everytime we buy Anything from a krakkka, arab or asian we are supporting our OWN genocide. We dun know seh itz dem that's funding and backing the genocide in the Congo & Sudan, it is them raping, sodomizing and violating our children in Kenya, Senegal, Ayiti, Azania and Jamaica. It's them locking our babies up in dentention centers & killing our sons & daugtahs in these streets. it is they that are planning and orchestrating Global Afrikan Genocide....Every Single Day!!

Re-Afrikanation in the diaspora- My Journey!, My Story!

by Kentake on 10-11-2008 at 06:30 AM
The memory is still very fresh in my mind....it was a Saturday....on a very bright sunny June afternoon...my father propped me up on the kitchen counter and began to recite to me the bizarre circumstances and horrific, heart-wrenching details of the MAAFA.This was the 1st time i had ever heard any member of my family acknowledge their Afreekan origin with such spiritual conviction, undying passion and revolutionary fervor! At the time, i was 6 years old and very much in love and in awe of this ebony
