Sister, I just checked my messages and see that you posted one to me in December shortly before my trip to Ghana. I apologize for not responding. I am not as fluent with the new technology and do not use it as regularly as many do. I will attempt to be more consistent. I did not see the message, however, and would like to hear from you again.

She has been taking notes for a number of years now but writing is not one of her greater priorities. I, too, believe it is something she needs to do and that it would greatly benefit the community but time is always an issue. Maybe more Sisters need to let her know...yaabaruti@yahoo.com

Medase. Appreciate the appreciation from family. Just doing the work I was sent here to do as best I can. Eureason was one of my favorites to write. Always empowering to be given the opportunity to help reconceptualize our reality through the mind of our Ancestors. Have you seen the latest effort: Nyansasem: A Calendar of Revolutionary Daily Thoughts? -- something to strengthen our warrior scholars on a daily basis.

The Living and the Dead

by olufemi_baina_ayo on 12-18-2008 at 06:33 PM
It only takes a moment to realize a thought or action. While actions do speak louder than words,we continue to waste precious moments embracing the Eurocentric way, when we should be embracing the only true way,the Afrikan way. Imagine where we would be if our motherland dies...we would have no home to go to,no place to rebuild our beloved country, our beloved mother who gave all life. We would all be dead. Those who are enslaved are mentally dead, because they are not living, they are existing. We,as

Modern Day Slavery

by olufemi_baina_ayo on 06-30-2008 at 01:12 PM
There are those who are free, and those who enslaved. Now,while most may think that slavery is over,it is not. There are those blacks that are still slaves to the enemy's poison, systems, kwk, and the Afrikans. The Afrikans are the intellectual, revolutionary freedom fighters. Slavery does still exist, and as long as the enemy still has power, freedom will not come anytime soon for our nation.
