You're probably saying to yourself, "what in the world is iatrogenics?" and what is an "iatrogenic disorder?"

I first learned about iatrogenics from my good friend and herbalist, Tim Morrow, founder of the University of Common Sense. This was back in 1998. I had never heard of the word up until that time. I soon learned that health, like many other fields, had its own vocabulary and as such, begin to study medical terms, but one medical term jogged to my memory that I would never forget was the term "iatrogenics" that I equated to "doctor/physician induced death."
The fact that a doctor could legally kill someone and go unpunished was mind-boggling to me until I learned why licensing was so important for doctors.
I basically learned through studying California law, the California Penal Code (Section 187 "Murder") to be specific, that murder was legal if the State gave you permission via a license, i.e. Medical license or doctor's license.
To be given or granted a license by the State or a state agency meant you were granted a privilege, not a right. Thus I learned that practicing medicine was a privilege and not a right.
I learned you could practice medicine but you couldn't practice health or healing. There was a difference. Doctors don't heal! They practice medicine.
The privilege is always for operating in some regulated activity, an activity that without the license would render the activity illegal.
If a license is involved, the activity is regulated by the State. Therefore, "driving" is a regulated activity (and is not the same as "traveling," a natural right). If you cut hair at a barber shop and have a barber's license, barbering or cutting hair is a regulated activity. If you operate a business and have a business license, your business is regulated. If you're a broker and have a broker's license, brokering is a regulated activity. If you run a day care for small children, day care is a regulated activity. If you have a marriage license, sorry folks, but marriage is a regulated industry. If you sell alcohol and have a seller's permit or license, selling alcohol (or spirits) is a regulated activity. If you are a realtor and have a real estate license, realty or real estate is a regulated activity.
I think you get the point now!
So, practicing medicine and prescribing pharmaceutical drugs are regulated industries in which you must obtain permission from the state before you engage in them. However, you need no permission from the state to heal or administer herbs. That's why I deal in herbaceauticals (which means "to administer herbs").
Doctors kill so many people that medical grammarians gave the doctor-based killing a name: IATROGENICS.
It is reported that iatrogenics is the Number 2 killer of U.S. Citizens, ranking only after heart disease. Other reports have iatrogenics ranked as the third leader killer of U.S. Citizens behind heart disease and cancer.
It was reported in 2000, that 700,000 U.S. Citizens die as a result from iatrogenics. Of course, other records and statistics had the number above the one million mark. Whether 700,000 or one million people, that's a lot of innocent people dying from visiting a hospital and trusting a doctor.
No wonder hospitals have patients sign waivers of hospital and doctor liability.
700,000 people per year are a lot of murdered people. If the government didn't protect doctors, there wouldn't be a medical profession because all of the doctors would be in jail for murder (homicide).
There also wouldn't be any abortion clinics either because all the doctors who performed abortions (murdering of fetuses) would also be guilty of murder and jailed.
I find it strange that the doctor's legal stipulation under law approving the performing of abortions (murder) in the state of California is found in the Penal Code under Section 187 which is the criminal code section or provision for murder.
Clearly, abortion is murder under the law, for why else would it be linked to the statutory criminal provision for murder? This is something to think about Dear Reader.
Okay, so how are doctors "legally" killing these 700,000 or one million patients (victims/participants)?
The facts or statistics show that doctors are killing their patients via pharmaceutical drugs (administering patients the wrong drugs which prove fatal) followed by surgical operations, most of which are unnecessary. But hey, surgery, necessary or unnecessary, is big business. Whether you call it cesarean section, circumcision, quadruple by-pass, artificial insemination (whereby the fallopian tubes are cut), etc., the process is considered surgery. Anytime doctors (surgeons) have to cut you open or cut on your body, its surgery.
Surgeons are the real butchers of the medical profession and industry. Surgery is where the money is made. Surgeons are your God-complex individuals. To them, they save lives. But hey, I thought only God could save lives? No, surgeons too can save lives, if you let them operate on you from a disease or disorder that some other doctor, pharmacist, and/or your self via your ignorance of diet, thinking, and lifestyle caused.
Remember the doctor character played by Alec Baldwin in the movie "Malice?" He displayed a doctor (surgeon) with a serious God complex. Baldwin was great in that film, acting-wise. If you like suspense films, "Malice" is a good flick you will like.
Baldwin's character was right in his dialogue before the hospital board. When people are praying to God to have loved ones saved in the operating room, they are not praying to a God up in the sky somewhere. They are praying to that surgeon. That's why Baldwin's doctor character said he was God, and rightfully so. I understood where the doctor was coming from. That was not ego and/or arrogance. That was some real talk by the doctor in "Malice."
The little dope dealer on the street or in the hood was/is a fool. He sold dope on the wrong side of the law. The dope dealer could have avoided prison if he went to school and became a legalized dope pusher or peddler and obtained a license for selling dope or drugs like the licensed doctor and pharmacist.
I have always said that the real dope dealer is the pharmacist. He pushes drugs by law. The difference between the dope dealer on the street and the pharmacist in the pharmacy is that the pharmacist had/has legal permission to deal drugs and the dope dealer didn't/doesn't; and the pharmacist killed more people (with legal drugs) than the dope dealer killed with illegal drugs. Funny!
More people die from aspirin use per year than crack cocaine use, but yet in still, crack cocaine and cocaine, period, are illegal? Something just doesn't add up here! Very few people overdose and die from cocaine (less than 100 per year). However, 25,000 people die from aspirin consumption. Would not logic dictate that aspirin is far more dangerous and fatal than cocaine and thus should be banned instead of cocaine or along with cocaine? Shouldn't aspirin be included in the asinine and futile War on Drugs?
The U.S. Government manufactures, distributes, and traffics drugs and then hypocritically declares war on that which it is responsible for and has a hand in. But that's politics for you! That's what your federal tax dollars pay for.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm no cocaine advocate or advocate for any chemical drug for that matter, I'm just making a point for purposes of argument and reason.
And poor marijuana! Banned by the federal government though it harms no one (outside of the long term user who smokes it)! More people die from cigarettes and alcohol in one day than the all the people who die from marijuana in one hundred years (which is absolutely ZERO!). In fact, marijuana kills no one. However, it is still banned by the federal government and long term use via smoking will impair the brain.
You would think all the products and substances that kill people (like alcohol, cigarettes, and pharmaceutical drugs) would be banned or the target of some phony government war, but no. The U.S. Government bans innocent and harmless products (such as marijuana, ephedra, mistletoe --European, comfrey, etc. – harmless herbs) and then approves harmful products (cigarettes, alcohol, and pharmaceutical drugs). Again, funny!
Well, I guess we have to look at things like this: cigarette use, alcohol, and pharmaceutical drug consumption cause a host of pathologies and treating pathology (disease) is big business today.
Pharmaceutical drugs have no life absent disease. To manufacture and sell drugs, people must first become or be sick!
Doctors need for people (clients, patients) to be sick in order to sell them drugs; even harmful drugs.
People are so sick in the mind today that they take poison under the guise of medicine for purposes of getting better from disease. If you can't give poison to a well (healthy) person without making them sick, how can you expect to give poison to a sick (unhealthy) person and expect to make them well? Sheer asinine behavior displayed today!
People are taking poison under the guise of medicine. Every box or bottle of poison (medicine) clearly states in fine print, of course: "In case of accidental overdose contact a POISON CONTROL CENTER." Shouldn't that be "MEDICINE CONTROL CENTER?" It should be, but it isn't because simply put, people are taking poison though they think they are taking medicine.
Poison kills so it's only befitting that overdose of poison is the second or third biggest killer of U.S. Citizens.
Trust in doctors lead to 700,000 to one million deaths per year. Absolutely incredible! If an herbalist killed 7-10 people per year with the use of herbs, they'd be locked up in prison no doubt. But not so for a doctor! The doctor has something the herbalist does not have – a LICENSE TO KILL.
And when the doctor kills a patient, the dead patient is written off as a victim of iatrogenics, one who succumbed to an iatrogenic disorder.
Folks, beware of iatrogenics! Better yet, beware of doctors – allopathic doctors (those who specialize in "cut em', slash em', burn em' and drug em'.
"So Djehuty, are you telling or advising me not to get surgery?" Not at all! I don't give this kind of advice to people.
