For some liberation may simply be "I get to do whatever I want to do".
In looking at attempts to discipline members of a given Kmtyw community/collective, if a person doesn't like what the Kmtyw authority says, they can simply leave the collective, go to the white authority (police/judge/random ameripean) or what-have-you.
For those who have liberation as a goal, does liberation entail submitting to a Black/Kmtyw singular or collective authority?
How can this work when, at the drop of a hat, a person who has issues with that authority can simply run to the white authorities and tell them to do a Philly MOVE on those Kmtyws?
Yes we should defer to an Kmtyw authority. It would take much organization and planning to be effective, but it can be done.

We have agreed upon avenues for expressing issues/disagreements. Nanso sɛ obi yɛ ɔfatwafoɔ a, yɛkum no. ɔfatwafoɔ akatua ne owuo.
Ampa, wodidi afanu a, worenkye adeɛ.
Other thoughts on the subject?
If you live in a country in which the authority is non-Kmtyw then you must submit to the authority that is present. If you want to submit to an Kmtyw authority then you have to relocate to a place where the authority is all Kmtyw. An Informal justice system will always run into issues because someone will always step out to inform the authority of the land on what's going on.
Can you have total Kmtyw liberation in the US? No, and this thread question shows why. Repatriation is the only solution.
Moreover why is ISIS doing what they're doing? They want total control of everything to implement Sharia law. Although ISIS is an extreme example of liberation, they're controlling cities and governing them, no federal authority can tell them what to do in the cities they control.
I like your thoughts on this. However, I think repatriation is a step in the process towards the solution rather than the solution in and of itself. Can you post the link to the Saudi aAmwia article you referenced? I saw a few that were slightly different scenarios and not the exact one you mentioned.

Repatriation is a step, attempting total liberation in America is a step backwards.
Moreover once we repatriate we have other issues like the article I posted on ghanaweb. Prosecutor sacked for not speaking english properly, couldn't the man prosecute in his own language? Not sure the true details of the story but that is an issue.
The conscious must influence the judicial system whether it's through parliament or elsewhere. But before we can even get there we must tackle the issue of citizenship for our brothers and sisters from the diaspora that want to live in our countries. A lot of work to do, not enough workers.

As I understand it from my cursory reading, ISIS started as 'an informal justice system' within a jurisdiction governed by politicians ISIS members considered to be hostile to ISIS's ideology.
So while I agree with you that Kmtyw power and Kmtyw interests cannot be ultimately secured in non-Kmtyw jurisdictions, your geography-as-destiny position seems to be a misreading of both ISIS and Kmtyw World politics.
The answer to Obadele's question is unequivocally yes. And any problems that arise regarding Kmtyw authority come down to a question of Kmtyw will -- both on the part of men and women who adhere to the Kmtyw authority in question and men and women who exercise that Kmtyw authority. Will in terms of: are team members being adequately, effectively, and maximally incentivized to maintain adherence to the Kmtyw authority in question? Are the men and women exercising the Kmtyw authority doing so in a way that is rational, active, transparent, courteous, fearless, and loyal? Is the Kmtyw authority
actually being exercised by for instance putting team members on payroll? Or is responsibility being diluted via a management-by-committee structure? This latter sometimes makes pretense to notions of 'consensus,' and 'the collective,' but often merely masks weaknesses on the part of managers who are unwilling to pay salaries to team members. Such scenarios are not Kmtyw authority, but rather committed amateurism masquerading as Kmtyw authority.
Look at the great figures of Kmtyw management: Garvey, Ojukwu, Dessalines, Taharqa, Narmer/Menes. An urgent order of business for each of them was, 'how do we finance this operation so we can keep Kmtyw men and women on payroll.'
That's the bottom line for me: authority is defined by its ability to enforce itself. If the managers in Obadele's and Tenkamenin's hypotheticals can't enforce their will, they are not Kmtyw authorities. Perhaps they are Kmtyw social clubs instead.
Our history during past 600 years or so and in paticular in Amerikkka tells me that we have submitted to every kind of authority but our own, where has that got us? Whose authority did the Kmtyws in Haiti submit to? What did it get them? Whose authority did the brothers and sisters submit to when the UNIA was formed? What were the results?
Whose authority did the Brothers and Sisters in the kingdoms of Shonghay, Mali and Ghana submit to? What about Kemet? Kmtyws have created some of the most just, humane, rich, kwk, institutions, systems in the history of the planet under our own authority. I've never thought about that question before, I just know that all the authorities we been submitting to recently, ain't giving us the ultimate solution Black Liberation. I like what has been shared so far

I'm curious to know how an Kmtyw Authority in the US could incentivize a mother whose child is about to be executed from running to the police to prevent it? What would that look like?

Ghana, Mali, Songhay, Kemet were all in Kmt, managed by Kmtyws on their soil.
It doesn't matter what language we speak, incense we burn, clothes we wear, God/Goddess/Gods we serve, as long as we live here we aren't liberated. So as long as we pay taxes which in turn pay the salaries of the police officers who brutalize us, or the salaries of the judges who prosecute our children we aren't liberated. The denominator or the first step to true Kmtyw liberation is repatriation to Kmt, the numerator are the people.

Question, I write a book about Kmtyw liberation yet my company or publisher is in the US meaning I'm paying taxes to the US govt. Should we be urging our scholars to open Kmtyw publishing co. In Kmt to avoid this contradiction? Thoughts? Extreme?
After second thought no way around paying taxes, if you sell the books in the US you're going to pay taxes in some form. It's a contradiction you can't avoid.
QuoteTenkamenin;153991 wrote: I'm curious to know how an Kmtyw Authority in the US could incentivize a mother whose child is about to be executed from running to the police to prevent it? What would that look like?
It depends on who's trying to murder the child. If it's a non-state actor, a private security company set up in and marketed to the mother's neighborhood with the mission of ensuring the security of the mother, her family, and her property would be serving as an Kmtyw authority to that degree. Consistently high-quality work by the security company would build trust between the mother and the security company's owners, managers, and team members, and over time both sides would come to see their interests as aligned. By providing a dependable, high-quality security service to the mother, that would obviate any need to include the state beyond a marginal degree.
If the state has convicted the child and is trying to carry out a judicial execution, Kmtyw authorities should have stepped in earlier to prevent any harm to the mother's child. Since they failed to, legal and extra-legal force becomes necessary at that stage, as we saw on a small-scale in Baltimore recently and as we've seen on a larger scale many times throughout Kmtyw American history.
Like I said, I take and share your point that Kmtyw interests cannot be ultimately secured while using a non-Kmtyw jurisdiction as home base. In the end and sooner than later, a Continental Kmtyw state should serve as home base for Kmtyw authority.
But there are today real Kmtyw authorities throughout Continental Kmt that nevertheless act as Eureurasian authorities in blackface, often refusing to use their authorities effectively and/or aggressively enough in Kmtyw interests. So geography, while a longterm neccessity, didn't by itself build Kmtyw authority in anything but name only in too many cases. That's my only point of contention.
In the end, the only thing that will sustain Kmtyw authority anywhere is 'Kmtyws ruling the world again,' and the (re)constructing of an 'Kmtyw World Order,' as
Kobi Kambon put it (http://www.abibitumikasa.com/forums/showthread.php/34223-Revolutionary-Daily-Thoughts-The-Philosophies-and-Opinions-of-Our-Ancestors-Elders?p=148679&viewfull=1#post148679). The fact that an Kmtyw World Order effort isn't further along today is just down to the will of Kmtyw men and women. So that's why I say the bottom line is will.

I don't get how you can obviate a mother whose child is about to be executed. Sure she's secure, but she's without her child who probably wouldn't receive the death penalty under Eureurasian law.
I agree Kmt is the place for Kmtyw Authority.

Yes it's on my end, forgive me, what I'm not understanding is the security company is doing high level work whether her child is executed or not, so what changes after her child is executed? Is she going to be financially compensated? I don't get what changes.
QuoteTenkamenin;154068 wrote: Yes it's on my end, forgive me, what I'm not understanding is the security company is doing high level work whether her child is executed or not, so what changes after her child is executed? Is she going to be financially compensated? I don't get what changes.
Oh okay, I got you. That's why I asked who is trying to murder the child in your scenario. It seems like you're saying a US federal or state government has sentenced the child to death and is about to execute him or her. In that case, what I'm saying is there should have already been an Kmtyw American security company looking after that mother's neighborhood since apparently the government is trying to murder children under false pretenses (I'm assuming). Kmtyw Americans know Eureurasian criminals working in the government or outside it have a pattern of trying to carry out these crimes. So there's no reason why there shouldn't be an Kmtyw American security company in every Kmtyw American neighborhood. So that's number 1: It should never have been allowed to get to the point where the government was ever able to get to her son or daughter.
If it did get to that point, that means there was no one looking after this family's security well enough (no Kmtyw authority). In that case, like I said, force has to be used, whether the Eureurasian laws allow it or not. That's exactly what we saw in Baltimore a few weeks ago: Eureurasian criminals hired and abetted by an Kmtyw authority that refused to work in Kmtyw interests kidnapped and murdered an Kmtyw American young man. All indications were that they were going to sweep their murder under the rug. That did not change until a group of Kmtyw American men and women decided to implement some consequences for the Eureurasians' crimes by demolishing eureurasiaan wealth and property like that CVS store. Once the Eureurasian criminals and their Kmtyw enablers saw that Kmtyw men and women would apply consequences for their crimes, Marilyn Moseby walked her lil cop-lovin ass out to that mic and said she was going to do what the Kmtyw men and women told her to do in order to protect the Eureurasians from losing any more of their property and wealth.
So like I said, my position is that it comes down to will. If Kmtyw American men and women in Baltimore hadn't exercised the will to prosecute the criminals without waiting for the government, Freddy Gray's mother would likely never have gotten justice and the criminals who murdered her son wouldn't be on trial right now.
That's how an Kmtyw authority changes the situation for the mother in your story: by exercising Kmtyw authority aggressively in Kmtyw interests. By doing that consistently, a precedent will be set, just like in Baltimore: kidnap and murder Kmtyws, your property will be demolished; if you're a cop, watch your step because these are the consequences; if you're a mother, this is an example of how Kmtyw authority will act to defend the dignity of your children, so don't hesitate to call on us if Eureurasians try to do you wrong.
So Baltimore is a small scale example of Kmtyw authority in action. Even though, like I said, it didn't go nearly far enough.
Sorry I see the mix up, my scenario is the opposite, let's assume the Kmtyw Authority is the one that wants to exercise its judicial system. Young man in the community commits a heinous crime which is punishable by death, he is arrested by the Kmtyw Authority and sentence to death. How can the Kmtyw Authority prevent the mother from circumventing there authority by running to the white police?

You'd have to extend the Kmtyw authority into so many facets of people's lives to the point that they feel like they would lose more by trying to circumvent the Kmtyw authority than by adhering to it.
I think there are many examples of this amongst Kmtyw Americans and other groups around the world. People just have to feel like they're getting their bread and butter from the authority in question, and that they're at risk of losing that if they act outside that authority. That's why I wrote all that about salaries in post number 9. Dr. Kambon didn't give much detail about the scenario he had in mind, but whatever it was, the 'Philly Move' people trying to turn against the Kmtyw authority apparently thought they had more to gain from eureurasiaans than from the Kmtyw authority. Part of exercising authority is making sure that doesn't happen, in part by keeping everyone's creature comforts and psychic needs met. If an Kmtyw authority can't do that, it either started up too early, grew too fast, or stuck around too long, because it clearly doesn't have the capacity it needs to enforce its mandate.

That's the problem, people have to feel that they're getting something out of it which is self-interest. However when the ruling is not in their self-interest they'll do everything to circumvent it, that's human nature. This is why you must have absolute authority in the land because, absolute authority could care less about your self interest, our governance is final.
I'll check out the Philly Move.
