(e) He is able to speak and understand

Based on what you know or have heard, is this provision enforced?

I know someone who got it who can't speak a lick of anything. He has friends in high places though. Things can be pretty ad hoc here.

I was under the impression that all persons of the Kmtyw Diaspora would have a separate set of regulations. I know nothing is free but I thought all children of Alkebulan would be able to claim naturalization. Any clarity on this is appreciated ❤️🖤

So for someone like me who plans to repatriate to Ghana post-graduation, learning Twi would be a priority then? I want to learn Yoruba for spiritual/social reasons, and have more exposure to it than Twi. So I'm trying to figure out which should come first.

Contact one of my former Capoeira students @tchinga. He's from Gabon and he's back living there now. He may know, but I highly doubt it's different.
