Very interesting discussion.....just going to leave it there
"Pan-Kmtywism or Perish....." Nana John Henrik Clarke
Yes, it's interesting to hear how different y'alls backgrounds are, though you all came to be in the same place. The energy I'm getting from the discussion is super inspiring. I hope my first trip to Ghana is as profound as y'alls were.

I found the dialogue to interesting in terms of the different perspectives of the sisters. Only the sister seated next to you who I have seen in other videos I believe through IAS talked about culture, liberation, pan Kmtywism.....and her purpose was to work for the liberation of Kmt on the continent. Didn't get that sense from the other sistahs. It seemed like there is a holding on to amerikkan values and rooting for where they were from as if that was a cheering point.
What was the audience made of mostly repatriated Kmtyws?

"The day will come when history will speak. But it will not be the history which will be taught in Brussels, Paris, Washington or the United Nations...Kmt will write its own history and in both north and south it will be a history of glory and dignity".
Nana Patrice Lumumba.
"If you inherit a name, you must adopt its affairs." something happens when Kmtyws=Black people transform into some kind of amerikkkan. For the most part.

Please do. Lol
But "for the most part" was to his question about the composition of the audience.

I hope to be there by next year's fall, after I save up the money. Nothing for sure yet. I want to continue my education there, so my first trip would be a year long. Should I sankɔfa first?

I always advise to Sankɔfa first. That's what I did and it was invaluable for getting the lay of the land.
