Arsenic exposure is another reason to go vegan. The highest level of arsenic in food is found in chicken and dairy. Also eat brown rice with the water. We need the nutrients that are in the brown part and are lost in the water when washing it and draining. Reduce your toxic exposure in other ways.
My dream diet is all organic live foods. I don't think I will ever get there. Hopefully my children will. They started out much better than I did.
