A brother just got a boot on his car for unpaid tickets. He claims that he doesn't have to pay any tickets because he is sovereign...a Moor. Parking authorities say so why do you have a US license plate? Can't make this stuff up.

I had an uncle that did not pay taxes based on that. Some did get over on that. Nowadays though I don't think they let anybody off on that anymore.
