The sister is right but the wrong audience is being addressed, given the representation of the audience shown in the video. The audience being addressed does not care, they will never give back what they stole nor stop stealing. The audience that needs to be addressed is one that incredibly does not know thieves have been and are in the house.

If that is all true I stand corrected. She is addressing the correct audience on how to manipulate.
