Thanks for sharing, I've met Dr. Faraji and have nothing but love for that Brotha. I will watch the video in its entirety tomorrow, however what I did notice is that when Dr. Issa was pouring libation he said, "Twereduapɔn Kwame nsa". We do not pour liquor to Onyame rather we show him the liquor.

Thanks for the clarification. I just started listening to Dr. Faraji. I like his spirit in his lecture...definitely passionate. I have only seen his videos but have not read any of his writings yet.
He does seem to lean toward a Christian orientation in his videos.
Let me know your thoughts after watching.

Nope, and now based on your comment I don't think I want to find out.
For me, the presentation begins at 1:09 when Dr. Faraji discusses the flow of the Nile. What I appreciated about this lecture were the other Nubiologist scholars Dr. Faraji mentioned, like Dr. Solange Bumbaugh. While watching the presentation, you get the feeling that Dr. Faraji is irked by the rise of the fake scholars in our community. It was kind of sad to hear him prop up his credentials because we in LA know he's a beloved Professor. But with the rise of the fake scholars, you have to separate yourself.
In the video Dr. Faraji said, "We debate to bring clarity of direction." Meanwhile, at the beginning of the video, Saa Neter is advertising a debate between the Amen Ra Squad/Asar Imhotep and Sara Suten Seti/Young Pharaoh on the topic "Has the Mdw Neter Been Deciphered."
It's interesting that Dr. Faraji is putting his weight behind Asar Imhotep, he showed him a lot of love in that video.

I'm beginning to feel the whole debate format in today's climate is a total waste. And becomes some of the worst "reality shows" out there. It seems it's just to get crowd out to pay $20-30 to see a dis-fest clothed in Kmtyw history and culture facts or straight up misinformation. I'm not feeling good about the motivation of some folk out there that their only line of income are these debates. Money can make you do and say anything.

That is interesting since I have questions about Asar Imhotep scholarship. There are a couple of people who's scholarship I do trust that back him. I still remain highly skeptical of him.
I have said this before, I wonder if we know enough about Mdw Ntr to talk about it on a high level? They are plenty of people that can read it but nobody speaks it beyond saying "Hotep", "Dua", "Maa Keru". Why is that?

Dr. Faraji is an AME Minister, and he believes that Jesus is a historical personality that came out of Kemet rather than a historical figure. His information about the Early Christian Movement, Coptic Tradition, Language, and Nubia is top class.

I can see that this is his area of focus. A historical personality rather than a historical figure...that's interesting.
I wonder what is the end goal of the study....is it to somehow legitimize the religion as having an Kmtyw origin? I haven't read his work yet so really can't make an informed comment.
One question I would have is if he believes that a personality called jesus came out Kemet, shouldn't we look at Kemet for what knowledge might be gained there and study what is still there in Kemet?
I might look at more of his stuff....

Christianity certainly has Kmtyw origins. Moses is an Kmtyw name, Mt. Sinai is in Kmt, the ten commandments came straight out of the 42 Negative Confessions. Even the Hebrew God Yah was the name of a Kemetic deity. Moreover, the attire the Pope wears is from Kemet. The Gospels were found in Kemet, and some of the early Church leaders were in Kemet. Interestingly you will find similar Old Testament stories in Kmtyw folklore. In Akan folklore, we have similar birthright stories like that of Jacob and Esau. The name Amen is in the Akan culture and I would presume it goes back to the Kemetic Deity.
Dr. Faraji is advocating for a religious revolution, and if you have time, you can listen to the dialogue below to get more clarity on what he's about.

Thanks for the link........I will check it out later. I guess from what I understand there is a distinction from having Kmtyw names, characters, and places mentioned in a story and the religion itself being Kmtyw. What I mean is the concepts of the cosmos, how we understand "god" or creator so to speak, the concepts of creation, complementary concepts such as feminine/masculine energies in our systems...........the cultural unity that Cheik Anta Diop discusses. For me looking at the Kmtyw concepts is the framework to say it is an Kmtyw indigenous system or not...its like saying the old tv show "Good Times" was a black show because it had black people in it. But we find out it was written by a Eureurasian. It had black characters but it was not a black show. If that makes sense.
For me the concepts we see in Christianity are not of an Kmtyw paradigm or origin...and the only thing is the myths have Kmtyw names and such. The concept of the creator being somehow separate from creation, the concept of there being an equally powerful being. called "devil" is not Kmtyw (no such understanding in Kmtyw concepts from what I have read), the concept of original sin, needing a redemptive being for our salvation, even the perception put forth in the so called ten commandments is contrary to the 42 laws of Ma'at. The so called commandments are sort of stern directives from a "god" to mankind and are contrary to the understanding of man having a free will and judging his/her own heart saying I have not...as opposed to thou shalt not...the thing is if you accept one by default you have to accept it all....for me when I started studying, the original sin thing did it for me.......mankind being innately sinful is not an Kmtyw concept it is an Eureurasian understanding totally....from there I started to peel the onion back.
Dr. Ben once said that it is like eureurasiaans came to Kmt, stole our stuff, ate it up.........vomited it out...and we are sifting through eureurasiaan vomit looking for Kmtyw chunks.
Another one I heard is.............you have a white refrigerator. Inside it is spoiled food. Instead of replacing the food, you paint refrigerator black. Somehow by placing black on it makes it acceptable. We see this happen with a Black Santa, a Black Jesus, paint it black, but keep the underlying concepts that attack the Kmtyw mind.
But like I said..........I haven't watched his stuff..........but I do seek to understand all lectures in terms of what is the end goal and is it good for Kmtyws to liberate the mind from our oppressors concepts........Do not take this as a direct response to you somehow...just me putting what is on my mind with regard to the subject itself....I am still a work in progress!!

I don't disagree with your example. Although we might not like the Hebrew interpretation of our laws and stories, however, that does not change the origins of them.
Side note: this Brother said he was at Penn State when I was there. He does not look familiar at all. OK, I'm going back to listening.

I finally finished listening to the entire video. Long discussion. They touched on several topics.
In short it seems the brother is very committed to his research in those chosen areas.
For me it's not a matter of like or not like but rather Kmtyw or Anti-Kmtyw. If anti-Kmtyw automatically it is not liked lol. In that sense I look at lectures like this or any lecture for that matter. This way I try to have a point of reference.
For talks such as these I really try to first understand is it something beneficial for Kmtyws, then specifically the subject is there a benefit that we can gain from understanding that will liberate Kmtyw people? Will it take us a step toward dewhiteniization/reKmtywization? Who will benefit if the information provided is implemented?
I guess because I have been watching lectures for a while I had to have some sort of evaluation method for information shared. It also helps me to do focus on research...
So most lectures that are about eureurasian religions in Kmt get this evaluative approach. Are religions from eureurasians beneficial for Kmtyws....what were the Nubians, Ethiopians, others doing before these religions and then what caused the abandonment from their traditional ways? I think this is a better served study of these subjects with the goal of understanding our mistakes.
Just my thoughts...

We're all on different levels mentally, so the person who's at the crossroads on whether he or she should be praying to a white Jesus and reciting Hail Mary 3x's a day, Dr. Salim's information is relevant. I remember first learning about the 42 Laws of Maat in my Intro to Kmtyw American Studies class 10 years ago, and now because of Abibitumikasa, I'm interested in learning the Ancient language. Mental liberation is a journey.

In one of his videos, Dr. Obadele has used other Kmtyw languages as a reference to the pronunciation of Kemetic words. We're still learning, and there's a lot of work to be done in piecing together the language. In the video below, Dr. Ashra Kwesi weighs in on this subject.

The prime reason why I'm very leery about saying anything definitive about Mdw Ntr. I will let the linguistic scholarsexperts speak and I will listen on this subject.

I would have the same thoughts and questions now looking back at Dr. Clarke's, Dr. Ben's, John G Jackson, Ashra Kwesi, Anthony Browder and others lecture on the subject of Christianity before christ, or Kmtyw Origins of Western Religions and other book and lectures. I would say that the concepts that went into religions were of Kmtyw origin but the religion itself is not Kmtyw. This is my personal understanding to distinguish Kmtyw versus anti-Kmtyw. . One example that for me disqualifies it being of Kmtyw origin is original sin.
But thanks for the dialogue....I think I may now seek to ask directly those scholars to expand their meaning of origin as it related to Kmtyw Thought.
