I think I need to purchase a hard copy Twi dictionary.  I am struggling with the online dictionary.  I am learning some words but it's tough not being around Twi speakers to learn in context.

The online dictionaries can make things confusing. I personally try not to use them unless I know that dictionary will tell me which dialect the word I'm looking for is from and I can cross reference with another source. It's sort of the same for a physical copy but those will tell you upfront what dialect or dialects it has definitions for. The verb is key (and knowing your tenses). If you know verbs you can make simple sentences:

I ran.
He sleeps
They ate.

Once you get comfortable with that then you can expand

I ran to the store yesterday to get some fruit.

As for pronunciation the only thing you can do for that is use it at every opportunity. You will mess up a lot at first and second and third...lol. I'm talking to you and myself here with this statement.:D

Meda wo ase.  Appreciate the feedback. I am going to take that advice and try to focus on verbs and tenses.  For pronunciation I am actually getting that faster.   Appreciate the advice.
