Mo ní ìbèèrè

When saying happy birthday to someone younger, do you drop the "Ẹ" in "Ẹ kú ọjọ́ ìbí" and say "Kú ọjọ́ ìbí"?

And  is it also possible to say "O kú ọjọ́ ìbí" or is "O" unnecessary?

Kò tọ́pẹ́. The o isn't necessary, but you could say it and it wouldn't be wrong.
