Found an interesting thread as prompted by @Niamahmi111 (http://www.abibitumikasa.com/forums/member.php?u=4319) who is looking to go to Nigeria to complete the list:

This was a good thread on Nigeria Village Square that seems to have been killed off by christians trolling. Since we won't have that problem here we may want to continue the project to help in @Niamahmi111 (http://www.abibitumikasa.com/forums/member.php?u=4319)'s initial research. This is, of course, a work in progress that will be added to over time.

Some background information is that the idea of 401 òrìṣà is prominent in Ìbà prayers such as
Ìbà igba ìrúnmọlẹ̀ ojùkọ̀tún (reverence to the 200 ìrúnmọlẹ̀ on the right)
Ìbà igba ìrúnmọlẹ̀ ojùkòsì (reverence to the 200 ìrúnmọlẹ̀ on the left)
The Ọ̀ọ̀ni of Ifẹ̀ is said to be the 401st Òrìṣà according to oral tradition.
