Can someone help me step by step loading a profile picture to this site?

From HOME PAGE

Click PROFILE link

Click PROFILE link (Right of ACTIVITY button)

Click CHANGE PROFILE PHOTO link (Right of VIEW button)

Click UPLOAD tab (bottom part of PROFILE page)

Click SELECT YOUR FILE to upload picture (or drag picture there)

Click CROP IMAGE
