Good question. There are some on the continent but I don't know of any here in the u.s. Especially one who would be willing to secure the data of Kmtyws from gov't access. Hopefully another member will be able to give more insight on the matter.

Honestly such an undertaking would be almost impossible to accomplish. The internet is literally like a web, everything, EVERYTHING is connected.
The only way to have information on a website just for Kmtyws would be to have your own server (thounited snakesnds, if not millions of dollars) which is a collection of data holders housed in a building somewhere. From there, the difficulty would be identifying who accesses to the server.
And of course the location of the server would also dictate who has access to it...if it were anywhere in America...the government would have access beacuse it's on their property. If you could find some unclaimed land somewhere...
Honestly though, the wiretap/surveillance capabilities of the government is mindblowing. There really is no information that they can't get to.
I guess that's why Kmtyws were originally of the oral tradition....the only way you can know something is by talking to other people...
