Title: Open D.O.O.R. Dialogues Roll Call: What Should the National Dialogue Address?
Post by: Ɔbenfo Ọbádélé on Sep 04, 2026, 08:13 AM
Community roll call: Open D.O.O.R. Dialogues will hold its Inaugural National Dialogue on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Ghana at the University of Ghana College of Humanities.

D.O.O.R. stands for Conversations, Opportunities, Ownership, and Repatriation. The gathering will bring leaders, change makers, students, repatriates, investors, entrepreneurs, and media into one space. The program includes keynote addresses, diaspora repatriate perspectives, a Student Recruitment Fair, an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Fair, exhibitions, networking, and media engagement.

This thread is for more than announcing the date. What should a serious national dialogue about repatriation address? Which student, community, business, or institutional voices need to be present? What would make the day produce useful work after the room closes?
