How to Turn a Breech Baby (http://www.wikihow.com/Turn-a-Breech-Baby)                  Edited by Chris B(Byankno1)

While it is common for a baby  to be in the breech position, or bottom down, several times through-out a  pregnancy, approximately three percent (3%) of babies are in the breech  position, at full term. These babies are called 'breech babies' and are  at greater risk for certain problems, such as hip dyspleurasia and lack of  oxygen to the brain during birth. Various methods can be used to turn a  breech baby to the correct birthing position, or vertex position,  naturally. To turn a breech baby, follow these steps beginning at  thirty-two (32) weeks.

Steps

'"Pay close attention to your posture.  Good posture will help ensure the maximum amount of room available in  the uterus so the baby can turn into the correct position on his or her  own. For perfect posture, practice these steps against a wall.

Apply heat and ice.  Something cold applied to the top of the uterus and/or something warm to  the bottom of the uterus may encourage your baby to move away from the  cold sensation and towards the warm one, flipping into the correct  position.
Use sound to encourage your baby to turn on his or her own.  There are a couple different methods of sound use, both relying on the  baby turning towards the sound and into the proper position. Play music  for the baby, through headphones, positioned on the lower part of the  abdomen, or have Dad place his mouth on your lower abdomen and talk to  the baby, encouraging him or her to move towards the sound of his voice.
Do the wiggle bum exercise. You do not need to apply pressure on the baby for this to work. Do this exercise several times a day until the baby turns.

Try the breech tilt or postural inversion method.  Lie in a slanted position with your feet on a couch or chair  approximately 12 to 18 inches above your head. You can use large pillows  or an ironing board to help you get into the slanted position. Relax  and breathe deeply. Do this three times a day for ten to fifteen minutes  each time, on an empty stomach, and during times when the baby is  active. You may also combine this method with the application of heat  and ice or sound.
Get in the pool.  Swimming and doing crouches and flips in the pool can help a baby turn  into the vertex position on his or her own. Try these pool exercises.

Visit a chiropractor experienced in the use of Webster's technique.  This technique was developed to restore proper pelvic balance and  function, and is thought to help encourage the baby to roll into the  proper position on his or her own when used approximately three times  per week.
See an acupuncturist for moxibustion.  This is a traditional Chinese technique using burning herbs to  stimulate acupressure points. To turn a breech baby, pressure is applied  to pressure point BL 67, located beside the outer corner of the fifth  toenail. This technique is thought to increase the baby's activity  level, thereby encouraging him or her to flip into the vertex position.  Moxibustion sticks can be purchased for those who wish to try this  method at home.
Schedule an appointment with your doctor so that he or she may attempt to turn the baby using external cephalic version ("ECV").  This is a non-surgical procedure, used by a doctor, in a hospital. The  doctor uses medication to relax the uterus so that he or she can push  the baby, externally, into the vertex position, with ultrasound as a  guide.

I have personally done acupuncture version of breach presentation for my wife and another patient. It is very effective and has been used for millennia.
