Come join the Vegan All Stars FREE cooking demonstration of delicious and healthy vegan recipes.

Next Friday February 22nd, 2013 at Bryan Lowe Orthopedic/General Hospital in Mampong Akuapem.
5pm to 8pm

The Vegan All Stars are ready to help Kmtyws gain the advantage of good health and nutrition, one recipe at a time.

Wish you were here too! They've been doing cooking demos around Ghana for the last year. Hopefully by the time you come and visit they'll still be doing it!
