My name is Lukombo Bisuaki; Lukombo is from the verb, 'sweep' or 'clean'. If I've received that name, it's because I was born after twins, meaning I came to clean my mother's womb so she may not give birth to twins again. Bisuaki came from the verb 'Kusuaka' it means to 'rinse'. That is my father's name that I received. Lukombo Bisuaki means to clean & rinse. Nabi means 'spiritual master', that is my title in the spiritual work that i do.

She always searched for her roots, and they suspected that their origin was from the Kongo but they weren't sure. But when her family went there, even without anyone saying anything, as soon as they saw words written in Kikongo their hearts started beating faster and stronger. Just by reading, they recognized words that one of their uncle or grandfather used to say. When everyone started speaking Kikongo, their blood was "boiling". They knew deep inside that this language they were hearing from the people was indeed theirs.
Her great-grandfather Tata Kana (hope I don't misspell it) left them songs which they sung and Kongo people from back home told them that what they were singing was the Ancient Pure Kikongo language.
