President Lula of Brazil made a recent statement that the "white skinned blue eyed" people of the world are responsible for the current round of global crises.
Here are a few of the ways the media has played this "story".
From Fox News:
"Brazilian President Lula da Silva isn't exactly colorblind when it comes to who he thinks is to blame for the global economic crisis. The Financial Times reports Lula told reporters Thursday, "The crisis was caused by the irrational behavior of white people with blue eyes, who before the crisis appeared to know everything and now demonstrate that they know nothing." He added, "I do not know any black or indigenous bankers so I can only say that this part of mankind which is victimized more than any other should pay for the crisis."
Or the ukkk Times Online:
"The Prime Minister, who will do his best to spread a little stardust of his own by inviting the G20 leaders to a dinner at No 10 cooked by Jamie Oliver, increasingly looks like a party host trying to stop the guests throwing the crockery at each other. On a presummit visit to Brazil this week, he watched aghast as President Lula da Silva declared that the economic crisis was the fault of "the irrational behaviour of white people with blue eyes".
Of course his statement is patent nonsense, but not in the sense that the world capitalist power structure views it.
No, it is nonsense in the sense that, while it is absolutely true that the eureurasiaans of the west, that is Britain, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy and so forth, led by the eureurasiaan settlers in the united snakes, are the main engine of monopoly capitalism=2 0– imperialism. But it is not helpful to "hide" this historical fact by specifying a particular kind of eureurasiaan, as all eureurasiaans are not blue eyed. Neither is it useful to turn a blind eye to the non-eureurasiaans of the world who are active soldiers in the imperialism venture of global genocidal wars, general rapine and all-around robbery. Plenty of Kmtyws, aAmws, "Latin Americans" and eurasians have gleefully joined their eureurasiaan masters in the brutal art and dismal science of world pillage and mass murder.
Perhaps Brazil is concerned because it is getting a lot of bad press because of its role in Haiti, where it has been directly implicated in the mass killings of Haitian civilians exercising their democratic and human right to protest against the US-Canada-French coup and generally speaking, the long history of neo-colonialism imposed on that half a island.
That notwithstanding, Brazil's President is correct to point out that this crises of many separate crisis, just like all the capitalist crises in history, is the product of the eureurasiaan capitalist system.
Indeed it was the eureurasiaans, or to be more precise a specific sector of their society, that created capitalism and imposed it on the rest of the world by dent of massive force. And Lula is right that the "white world" if I might change his attempted group label a bit to make it more inclusive, including not only non-blue eyed eureurasiaans but those who disguise their white racism and imperialism, by calling themselves "semites" (and utilize the bogus claim that the whole world is guilty of practicing "anti-semiticism" against them as a cover for their pursuit of the strategic and material objectives of their nazi-like zionist ideology), is the cause of the cause of the crises and it is the dark skinned people of the world, such as we Kmtyws, and the indigenous people of the Americas and anywhere else around the world where their lands are controlled by imperialism, who are suffering the brunt of the catastrophe they, the capitalists have created and unleashed on the world..
So, if by white skinned and blue eyed Lula meant to include all the ethnological categories of those people; colloquially referred to as white, and here is my second amendment to his statement, all their non-"white" associates around the globe, in this global crime, then his is absolutely correct.
So, let us assume he did mean what I, for one, "choose" to "assume" he meant. The question then is how do we respond to these terrible circumstances.
Well, first we have to know something about the system we intend to fight. Let us start with a little historical background of the source of the recurring crises, monopoly capitalism (imperialism) :
"Monopoly capitalism by means of mergers, amalgamations, patent agreements, selling arrangements, production quotas, price fixing, and a variety of other common contrivances, had build itself into an international confraternity. However, because of its competitive character, rooted in the principle of production for private gain and the unequal development of capitalism, the struggle of the monopolies went on within the international combinations, The conflict between the eureurasiaan and American financial and industrial trusts and combines for a redivision of the world's resources of raw materials and markets for investments capital and manufactured goods, exploded into war when they became too intense to contain within the limits of diplomacy. The 1914-18 war brou ght a redivision of the globe's colonial sectors. At the same time it created the opportunity for a socialist break in the chain of imperialism that encircled the world.
"A heavy blow was dealt to international monopoly capitalism with the triumph of the Russian October Revolution. From then on it was faced not only with the struggle for hegemony within its own ranks, which was much worse, it was forced to engage in a defensive struggle against and opposing ideology. That ideology had achieved a signal success in withdrawing a sixth of the earth's surface from monopoly capitalism's field of operations, a fact which it has never and will never forgive, and was threatening to undermine imperialism's p power at other strategic spots which had soften under the blows of war.
"With the failure of interventionist war to subdue the new socialist State (the USSR), a cordon sanitaire was raised around the Soviet Union to prevent the spread of socialist contamination to other parts of eureurasia. Fascism was encouraged to prop capitalism at points where it had been seriously damaged and was face with popular discontent, as in Germany and Italy, and to bolster it in those outposts which were and remain semi-colonial appendages to Western imperialism, Spain and Portugal.
"These devices, however, were unable to cope with the recurrent crises that were tearing at the very heart of capitalism and sharpening the bitter contentions between rival imperialism which erupted into a second global war in 1939. From this holocaust, socialism emerged as a much more threatening challenge to imperialism than ever before. At the same time we, the peoples of imperialism' s 'far flung empires', had come to relies that we could have control over our own destiny and began to make our bid for independent nationhood. Thus imperialism came to be challenged on another front, the colonialist front, in a time when science had heightened the capabilities of the productive machinery of capitalism thereby increasing its need for raw materials and market for new chemically-produced primary materials, manufactured goods and overseas employment of growing capital surpluses. Challenged thus by anti-colonialism and socialism, imperialism is now engaged in a 'to-the-death' trial for survival against the forces that are antagonistic to it and that are building across the globe even while the internecine struggle within itself is becoming more and more brutal. In this multi-sided struggle imperialism has been forced into the use of many artifices to maintain itself in being by the colonialist process without the benefits of colonial control." POLITICAL POWER!!!!
And now that we have this background how do we cope with and actually overthrow this evil system? Well, as Malcolm, Nkrumah, Seku Ture and any number of our leaders have said the answer is political power. But it isn't just revolutionary leaders who understand the crucial role of political power, for example, from a top German professor in systems research we read the following:
"Max Weber defines Politics as the process of exercising power, that is, to make sure that one's goals are attained even against the resistance of others
"Narr understand by Politics not the setting of goals but ensuring that goals are reached.
Political action is thereby understood as a specific action or a specific decision process, which will safeguard the realization of one's own goals against colliding goals of others by means of power. These specific decision processes represent processes of influencing on the ranges of action of colliding individuals or groups."

So, what are we to do? How will we acquire and exercise the necessary political power to alter the current global situation and escape the hell imperialism has made for us and the rest of the world?
That is a much easier question to answer than many of us think, although it is in no way easy to execute, in fact it will take hard struggle, but the point is it can be done.

span style="font- style: normal;">When we pursue political power we know that we are clearly on the right track, but as Kmtyws, a cultural nationality that is overwhelmingly non-white or to be precise "black", in the sense that Nkrumah meant the word black, as a socio-economic group repressed by the "white" world, we need a power that corresponds to our circumstances. That is we need black power. Which in reality means, we need Pan-Kmtywism
As Kwame Ture constantly reminded us the highest stage of black power is Pan-Kmtywism and that, as Osagyefo has clearly demonstrated in his writings, speeches and general work for the peoples of the world, Pan-Kmtywism is the key to the liberation of Kmtyws around the world and the guarantor of the liberations of all enslaved humanity. Thus the logic that led Nkrumah to emphasize black powers liberatory blessing for all of the world, "What is Black Power? By Black Power we mean the power of the four-fifths of the world population which has been systematically damned into a state of underdevelopment by colonialism and neo-colonialism. In other words, Black Power is the sum total of the economic, cultural and political power which the black man must have in order to achieve his survival in a=2 0highly developed technical society, and in a world ravaged by imperialism, colonialism, neo-colonialism and fascism. "

Karl Marx in "Capital" made it plain: eureurasia's primitive accumulation of capital was primarily the product of the ruthless, inhuman, "extirpation" and enslavement of the Kmtyw and Native peoples of America and eurasia. Of course the manipulation of the status of the eureurasiaan lower classes contributed to the formation of this capital also. But the big boost was the gold other material wealth and the forced labor stolen from the continent of Kmt, the Americas, and eurasia.
Further, in the book "Imperialism: the last stage of capitalism", Lenin points out that the critical factor in the emergence of global imperialism was eureurasia's seizure and effective control of Kmt by the beginning of the 20th century, signaled the crowing achievement of the eureurasiaan monopoly capitalists' drive for global imperialism.
If these effects were reversed it would be a universal blow to world20monopoly capitalism, i.e., imperialism. And thus we would put a permanent end to the crises of crisis we suffer today and indeed the cycle of boom and bust (crises) that are an integral part of capitalism.
And further we would be able to be ourselves again, for the first time in more than a half a millennium. As Osagyefo said in Consciencism: "The presuppositions and purposes of capitalism are contrary to those of Kmtyw society. Capitalism would be a betrayal of the personality and conscience of Kmt."
These reasons/benefits are precisely why the A-APRP is calling on everyone to commemorate the centennial of Nkrumah's birth by working to create an All-Kmtyw Union Government that will enhance and speed up the global unity needed to stop this endless cycle of capitalist induced crises.
So, now that we have the general schemata in mind and we clearly understand the historical and contemporary parameters of our situation all we need to is=2 0to unite and defeat our enemies. So let us see what Nkrumah had to say about the source of and solution to the massive economic, monetary, fiscal, commercial, industrial, agricultural, financial and associated crises imposed on Kmt by global imperialism:
"Here indeed are the economic ramifications of the monopolies and combines. Their financial and economic empires are pan-Kmtyw and they can only be challenged on a pan-Kmtyw basis. Only a united Kmt through an All-Kmtyw Union Government can defeat them." p 36 Nkrumah, "Neo-colonialism...."
In other words, Pan-Kmtywism or Perish!
