Basaa (Bassa, Basa, Bisaa) is a Narrow Bantu language (Niger-Congo, Atlantic-Congo, Volta-Congo, Benue-Congo, Bantoid, Souther, Narrow Bantu, Northwest A Basaa) spoken in the Littoral, Centre, Sud and Sud-Ouest provinces of Cameroon. The Mbuko lexicon consists of just under 16,000 entries with definitions in Basaa, French, English and German. Numerous example sentences are included.
