I highly recommend that you read the book, " The Kmtyw Origins of Biological Psychiatry" by Richard King M.D. Yes, this is alot of Video I'm sending you all it will take hours and several sessions to get through it, but you are guaranteed to be on another level with understanding of your magical/psychic powers and how to apply them.
No course on Melanin could be complete without the Grand Master teacher "Bobby Hemmitt. I advise you watch his vdeo first,then watch the conspiracy of sound they go together.
Exercise: Go to sleep with nothing electrical turned on or even plugged into the wall .Put your alarm clock in the hallway or some where else not in the room with you. No jewelry on either.
Take a spiritual Bath or just a plain one with Epsom salt (use plenty)
Take one to 2 capsules of Valerian root
And let the melanin do what it do! Do this on a day when you can sleep in.Because your not going to want to get out of bed. f
