A step-by-step, outlined manual for Spirit-mental-emotional-physical training in situations where one may not have a personal teacher to train with. This manual may be used as a resource.
One may be able to request guidance (mpae...pour libation) asking for protection and direction before embarking on training without the aid of a physical teacher at the present time to act as a training guide. Mpae (libation) can also be used during the course of one's training, should one choose to go down this route.
By following your personal guidance, you may be able to carry out training without following the exact recommended route in the manual. The step-by-step route is however helpful, especially up to at least step 4. The mental training is good for increasing the capacities of the Spirit to use the mental vehicle.
The recommended step-by-step training is based on the ancient Egyptian/Sirian initiation.
If you already have a teacher and are undergoing training in one of the Kmtyw spiritual traditions, you may not need a manual of this kind.

The following book by Rawn Clarke is a useful one to have because it provides some good guidance on how to do the exercises in IIH, by someone who has gone through them.
As always, your individual needs and personal guidance from your own Soul/Spirit supercedes all others.
