One of the things that I love about Kmtyw oratory is the control the orator has over the language. As you can see in the judicial system, its not about emotion but its about carefully crafting a good argument in a respectful manner.
Using logic and proverbs to back your argument one doesn't need to go into tirades like some lawyers do in court.
