Ubuntu Linux
Ubuntu Linux as of version 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex) comes with the Gbe keyboard layout.
Instructions

• Go to System -> Preferences -> Keyboard
• Choose Layouts
• Click Add to add the secondary keyboard layout. Select Ghana from the A
  vailable layouts
