Why was that sent to Ethiopia?

It said it was donated by the Mexican government in 2010. I wasn't told the reason, but I would think that it was because at least some people in the world understand world history. Also, recently I've heard more and more conscientization of the Kmtyw heritage in Mexico most recently encapsulated in the Black presence in Mexico talk given here at Abibitumi Kasa.
