low self esteem, as a direct result of
going to church, being raised by
unconscious and ignorant parents,
attending public schools- all under
the control of the white dominators.
Here are some Quick, Easy,
and surefire successful ways to
boost and enhance YOUR OWN
SELF ESTEEM:
 
* When writing, NEVER, EVER, capitalize the
word "western"
 
* For reasons of self esteem building,
try never to upper case words like "white",
the names of white horror-days, names of any
white people, white criminal countries, etc.
 
* As a matter of fact, to really boost esteem,
make sure to wash Black and Dark clothes FIRST
and wash white clothes LAST!
 
* IF IT RAINS WHEN YOU HAVE CLOTHES HANGING
ON THE LINE, RUSH TO BRING IN THE BLACK AND DARK
CLOTHES AND LEAVE THE white clothes out in the rain!!
 
* If you are forced to wear any white clothes,
THINK BLACK!!!
 
* If you use plastic bags, put food in BROWN PLASTIC
BAGS AND PUT NASTY GARBAGE IN white plastic bags!!!
 
* If YOU wear white sweat socks, slide Black socks
over them!!

1) Build cultures that are completely focused on Kmtyw Liberation.
2) Study Kmtyw Liberation subjects and information everyday (Books and Lectures of Kmtyw Scholars who dedicate(d) their lives to educating Kmtyw People).
3) Study Math, Science and Engineering everyday ( Kmtyw People must understand how the physical universe works).
4) Eliminate bad habits (Get out of white religion, stop smoking/drinking, stop fantasizing about white "kindness" happening to you, stop wasting time, etc).
5) Learn a skill that you then use in service to the Kmtyw community (Landscaping, graphic design, webpage building, trade skills, farming, garment making, etc).

A little late to this thread, but I'd definitely like to add:

1)Study the methods of great liberators in our history(i.e. Malcolm, Khalid,Garvey, Ture,Biko,Lumumba, Blyden, etc.)

2) Meditate daily: Cleanse all negativity from your body and know that you are a visionary above all, for a visionary sees his Kingdom before it manifests.

3)Spend time with elders. Learn of their stories.

4)Support businesses owned by us and always work on a project that will empower our people collectively.

5) Think on the greatness of our ancestors and use that pride to achieve today.

1- Hang images of very dark skinned Kmtyws on your walls, especially for your children to see this as a skin tone that the family considers beautiful.

2- Capitalize the "B" in "Black" when referring to "Black people" in writing.

3- Don't use "slave" but "enslaved" when describing our enslaved ancestors.

4- Learn at least one new thing each day about our history, culture, ancestors and share what you've learned with another Kmtyw.

5- Know the names of at least 7 generations of the mothers you have come through; from your mother, grandmother, her mother, her mother, going back as far as you can. Call these names when you need self esteem boosting (daily)!
