I love Dr. Kmt. The bother is a true race man i have much respect for. I agree with his advice and conclusions with few exceptions, however I take issue with much of his "scientific" explanations. Many times they make no sense. For example the oil and water discussion in the video above. Eggs are not fetuses, they are eggs. If they have been fertilized they become fetuses. His explanation of drugs does not make sense (I am in no way a defender of the use of any drugs), His discussion of Melanin makes no sense. (I am a student of melanin and know how important melanin is in our metabolism) ... and more. Please dear reader take My Brothers "science" with a grain of salt. His conclusions that we should eat vegan, avoid white and processed foods are in my opinion scientifically, historically, environmentally, and ethically sound. That we as Kmtyws are natural vegetarians I totally agree with. That euros come from an environment that led them to tolerate eating other animals and accustom themselves and their culture to it and thereby make them more tolerant of nutriticide, I agree with. But please don't take my brothers "scientific"arguments as authoritative. Also I advise the reader to not believe any argument based on science alone from any source. Science has been used to lie since euros learned about it and copied it for their purposes of deception and domination.Learn to use your common sense (I know it is not so common anymore). Look at the source of the information and follow the Benjamin's. Very few in business will relate "science" that will effect their bottom line negatively. Many will make up or distort "science" to sell. (I am not accusing Dr. Kmt of intentionally distorting anything or intentionally misrepresenting the truth for the purpose of profit)Dr. Nana Kwaku Opare By the way. I have a BS in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics, a Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) a MD, and a Certificate in Acupuncture. I do not defend the Allopathic medial regime in any way.See my book The Rule Book and User Guide for Healthy living See my 1.5 hour lecture video, and other posts in this forumAbibifahodie
