                                       Rethinking 9-11

    'President Obama's 'green czar,' one Van Jones, was recently pressured into resigning. His crime? He had once signed a letter originating with one of the '9/11 Truth' organizations calling for a new investigation of the terrorist attacks. No, he hadn't declared that 9/11 was an 'inside job,' as some of the more flamboyant 'truthers' assert: indeed, he had't challenged any one specific aspect of the official story.  All he had asked for was a new investigation and once this got out (thanks to Fox News nut-job Glenn Beck), he was shown the door.   This is the way our society deals with uncomfortable questions about 'official' explanations for the inexplicable by purging all dissenters, and even anybody who asks a question without necessarily having a ready-made answer. To the stake with them! Burn the heretics!     As we pause to acknowledge (not celebrate) the eighth anniversary of the 9-11 false flag operation that is proving to be the pretext for the ruling plutocrats' campaign for global perpetual war and an ever increasing domestic security state, it is clear the fascist gate keepers for the ruling oligarches will not tolerate any questioning of the government's fictitious narrative about 9-11. The Grand Inquisitors, the thought police witch hunters at Fox News derided and hounded Van Jones, the head of Obama's new Green Department mercilessly forcing him to resign. Just as they did Cynthia McKinney when she questioned out loud whether or not the Bu$h-Cheney cabal had foreknowledge of the 9-11 attacks? Fox News lead the charge to demonize McKinney back in 2002 and two weeks ago they did the same thing to Jones, calling them unpatriotic and crazy day in and day out until the zombies most US citizens have become actually believed them.
    Never mind the fact McKinney's charges turned out to be true; the Bu$h administration had been warned by its own CIA and eleven other nations including France, Germany, Egypt and little Morocco that major terrorist attacks were pending, the right wing smear campaign rolled on. With McKinney the vilification along with the NeoCons and Israeli lobby pumping mad money into her opposition[' s campaign coffers helped defeat her in her bid for re-election to Congress. The punks who call themselves 'progressives' (they are too afraid to call themselves 'liberals' now that the right wingers have made the term liberal a bad word) abandoned McKinney despite the fact she was one of the few people in Congress who openly supported their causes. Just like the 'liberals' of the '70's who abandoned black people because we demanded self determination rather than paternalism, today's 'progressives' punked out and allowed fascist warmongers to run Cynthia McKinney out of Congress.
     Just like they did to Cynthia McKinney the flunkies for the ruling elites who only keep their jobs as long as they sell their souls by jumping through the hoops of the corporate devils used the pervasive power of the media to ran Van Jones out of government. With Jones's resignation, one more honest, free thinking open minded person was run out of government service. It is becoming obvious the only people the corporate mind control apparatus will tolerate and support are those who: keep their mouths shut, toe the fascist line, take the bribes (campaign money) and do as they're told, those they can set up or catch in compromising positions who they white-mail for the rest of their political career. How else do you explain the zombie like behavior of both Democratic and Republican administrations to the point it appears there is only one political philosophy in this country, fascism.
    Most thinking people havie figured out the government story about 9-11 is bull crap. The very notion some guys supposedly living in remote caves in Afghanistan could pull off 9-11 without inside help is preposterous. To this day the US government has not explained how with its trillion dollar defense and intelligence budgets, sophisticated surveillance equipment and advanced military hardware, there was no military intervention that day?! How is it after spending trillions of dollars of tax payer money on jet planes, radar and spies the US military and intelligence communities failed so dismally on 9-11?! No one has yet explained how after such a monumental failure, not one person was demoted, disciplined or called out for their incompetence and inexcunited snakesble lapses. In fact George W. Bu$h did the unthinkable, he actually promoted and decorated everyone involved!? That fact alone should tell us something fishy was going on. When you couple that with the fact Bu$h steadfastly discouraged any investigation into what happened on 9-11 most sane people would educe there was an official cover up in progress.
    That's not what the gate keepers for the ruling elites want, sane people asking cogent questions. To prevent this they demonize, ostracize and maginalize anyone who dares question the government and corporate media's farcical account of what happened on 9-11 no matter how absurd they sound. My mother always told me, 'God gave you a brain, don't let anyone make you stupid.' That's exactly what Fox News and the corporate media are attempting to do, make us stupid (go around in a constant stupor).  You know in your heart the government's story is nonsense at best and a brazen fabrication to cover up either massive malfeasance or complicity in one of the greatest crimes of this young century at worst. The more you think about it, the less sense the government's yarn makes. The more you think about it, the more the media's demonization of those who questions the 'official' 9-11 story seems like a form of thought control, mind manipulation and intimidation. That's why we should all rethink 9-11.
