"Rodney King Style" Video of CYA Guards Beating Youth

This brutal beating took place in a California Youth Authority Facility on January 20, 2004. The beating was caught on a surveillance camera, in the cafeteria of the Chaderjian Youth Correctional Facility in Stockton, CA. State Senator Gloria Romero released tapes of the beating to the press on April 1.
