Meda ase for this video... I was not aware of these fact concerning Canola. I tried it once years ago and I never even finished the bottle. It just did not taste right to me. Also can someone tell me what report he was talking about towards the end of the video re: the Carter administration. I missed the title of it. I would like to look into that further.

Aziza

htp Aziza,

That was the Global 2000 report!

Stay BlackNificent!

I used to think that Canola oil was healthy for you. Now I'm glad I found out the truth.

Oil is a highly processed food stuff that has nearly zero non caloric food value. It is zero on the ANDI  scale. When you eat oil you are eating a substance that leads to inflammation and uses up micronutrients to metabolize it. The food that the oil came from should be used whole and unprocessed. If you like the flavor of olive oil eat olives, put olives in your food. The same goes for coconuts.

What would be a good substitute to use for cooking instead of using processed oil?
I say eating raw vegan is the only way with the absense of meat and plenty of different kind of vegetables.
In terms of cooking i have researched quite into it and all i see is extra virgin olive oil. Maybe im not looki g right. Im sure if the oil is used in very little quantity may be a good thing?
Peace and Blessings.

See foodforthesoul.opare.net for our take on raw and oil free food prep.

In brief you can saute' with way less than a half-teaspoon of oil and water. Forget about frying -- it creates much badness when you heat oil. Best make soups/steam and eat raw. We got some spray organic olive oil that we spray coat the pan the add water and the onions and garlic. A few drops of sesame oil works too. Use lower temps and you won't have a problem or miss the taste or mouth feel of the oil.

We no longer use coconut oil except for pulling in oral hygiene or palm oil.

We have felt so much better since we cut the oil and look better too. Some unwanted weight dropped off too.

Optimal is raw, vegan, organic, unprocessed, low fat. This is the olympic pattern of food consumption that is optimal for healing longevity, and spiritual elevation.
