Peace to the AK fam,

Is there an Kmtyw country that is facilitating Diasporans' travel back to Mama Kmt? I was just thinking, there should be, and we should press for, programs that will at least discount or subsidize flight prices for trips to Kmt. An influx of tourism in Kmt would stimulate economies. What do y'all think?

i do not think any countries are "facilitating", but I think we should work on it. Repatriation is something I would like to work on. Do you have any ideas. I am looking for subsidized prices on land.

I was thinking on the lines of the Israel Birthright programs and funding programs like http://www.juf.org/israel_experience/ that help Jewish youth connect back to their roots. Maybe we can create similar and better programs for Diasporans, especially the youth, in order for them to return to Kmt. I was first thinking maybe we can influence governments to create funding or programs, but we can create our own societies and associations that can help fund this.

i am not sure if the fihankra and Ghana-joseph projects are dead, but i plan to look into them. i would suggest looking for these opportunities also. maybe Dr. @Obadele Kambon could help us with an answer. (any thoughts) i have seen videos that say there are some legal issues over who owns the land.

Dr. @Obadele Kambon i am curious if you are able to share any information about how to find and approach the Ɔhene (or any Kmtyw ruler) about purchasing land. Any small tidbits would be helpful. Meda ase.
