Cooperative Economics) When Black Wall street was alive, the dollar circulated in the community for a year before exiting..in 2012 the dollar circulates  for 6 hours before exiting the Black  community. Other races go out their way to support each other, even if it means driving further or even paying a little more.Most Blacks still think "white ice is colder than Black ice" and go out their way to support others.
