Can raw foods aid breast cancer treatments and prevention?

(NaturalNews) When it comes to women's health issues, breast cancer will rise toward the top of any list regardless of the factors being considered. It is no doubt that breast cancer is an ugly disease that statistically affects someone that everyone knows. Over the span of a lifetime, one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer, so if one thinks of eight women they know, statistically, one of those women will be unable to dodge the potentially fatal diagnosis. For this reason, in addition to early detection being on the forefront of awareness campaigns, it is also equally important to consider preventive measures, which any woman can adopt by starting with the foods that are eaten on a daily basis.

It is possible to prevent breast cancer by eating raw fruits and vegetables?

There has been some intense research led by Dr. Sarah Brennan of Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland that spanned over a dozen scientific studies and over 400,000 subjects. The results of this analysis found that a direct relationship between those at risk of breast cancer to healthy or unhealthy dieting practices. At risk women were viewed as women who were at a genetic risk due to their mother or grandmother being diagnosed with the disease in their lifetime. The findings summarized a higher ratio of women that were identified as having breast cancer at some point in their lives if they adhered to the common unhealthy practices of western diets, defined as those that are rich in red meats and refined grains. However, those that adopted diets that were rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains were less likely to be diagnosed with breast cancer.

If it can be concluded that eating healthy has an obvious effect of maintaining an ideal weight level, another conclusion can also be drawn. A finding that was revealed through efforts from the Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital indicated that a connection between obese women and breast cancer diagnosis exists. This finding ultimately supports the studies that have concluded that raw food dietary practices contribute to the prevention of breast cancer.

Wheat grass juice and chemotherapy

Breast cancer treatment can be daunting emotionally and physically, however studies that have been coordinated by the Division of Oncology at the Rambam Medical Center and Faculty of Medicine and the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology have revealed that many of the negative effects of chemotherapy can be tapered. Specifically, wheat grass juice consumption resulted in a reduction of the necessary doses required, as well as lower myelotoxicity levels, all without affecting the intended chemotherapy effects.

There are critics on the other side of these studies that are quick to point out scientific inconsistencies in the methods used to produce these conclusions, and the overall statistical analysis. This is part and parcel of the entire scientific process, and realistically, there is no scientific study that can't in some way be disputed. However is that really the point? Eating healthy is not a strange and mysterious pill that is producing these results. These practices are not governed by agencies that intend to protect the public. Therefore, if there is even a slight chance that eating healthy can result in breast cancer prevention, why not? A healthy meal can start right from the refrigerator as the first step toward breast cancer prevention.

Caution: Indeed raw foods can and does aid in whole body restoration. Raw foods and specific whole foods and herbs have been used to cure breast cancer without chemotherapy. When will we learn, however, to take responsibility for our lives, our bodies. The breast cancer phenomenon among Kmtyw women gained prominence around 1960. At that time more Kmtyw women had begun to abandon breastfeeding (substituting formulas - first homemade then factory made),engage in abortions and ingest more un-food products. Today Kmtyw women have the lowest incidence of breast cancer due largely to a long history of breastfeeding in their lineage. However, when we get it it is usually deadly in part because it isn't diagnosed. The push toward western mammograms and early chemotherapy is not the solution. If breast cancer is in your lineage, eat well, rest well, limit stress and take healing herbs for breast health. Kmtyw women - Get married, have children and breastfeed.
What is a body to do when we fail to take care of her; it revolts.

A study published by the British Journal shows that women with late menarch aand breastfeeding for at least 12 months do not develop breast cancer. Breastfeeding alone is a strong preventative. The following excerpts speak to a study with Nigerian women. Nigerian women were chosen because Nigeria is the most populace country on the continent of Kmt. 1 of every 5 people of Kmtyw ancestry in the world is linked to Nigerian ancestry. Parity and breastfeeding are protective against breast cancer in  Nigerian women - British Journal of Cancer - (2008)

(excerpted)
There were 1388 women in this study: 819  cases and 569 controls.
This study demonstrates that reproductive factors play an  important role in breast cancer aetiology among indigenous Kmtyw women. We  found that ages at menarche, parity, and breastfeeding were significant  predictors, although their distributions in our population were quite different  from those in industrialised countries. We did not find that early age at first  live birth was associated with decreased risk of breast cancer after extensive  statistical adjustment.
Later age at menarche has been  consistently associated with decreased risk of breast cancer in both  premenopaunited snakesl and postmenopaunited snakesl women (Kelsey  et al, 1993; Clavel-Chapelon and Gerber,  2002).

The current study documented that 30% of  Nigerian women started menarche after age 16, the majority had multiple live  births, they almost always breastfed their babies, more than half for 12 months  or longer per child. These factors probably contribute to the low incidence of  breast cancer in Nigerian women. However, these protective effects may be  diminishing as women adopt a more western lifestyle. In community controls,  their patterns should show similar changes to those in the general population.  We found that all reproductive factors changed in the direction towards  increased breast cancer risk. We estimated that risk increased by about 37% in women born in 1960s compared to those born in 1930s, due to  change in menarcheal age, parity, and duration of breastfeeding. Therefore,  incidence in Nigerian population might have increased in the past three decades,  and we speculate that it will continue as women born after 1960s become older. A  systematic study of the secular trend of incidence in Nigeria is of public  health importance.

Our study population provides an important opportunity to  elucidate the effect of reproductive risk factors on risk in prevalence ranges  that are not seen in the developed world. A live birth, extended breastfeeding,  and later onset of menstruation are protective in Nigerian women, but we found  no independent effect of age at first live birth. The study also documents the  changing pattern in reproductive factors, which could explain the generally low  incidence of breast cancer in Nigerian women and suggests that this may increase  over time.

There in my opinion exists no doubt that eating animal products, baked, fried and grilled foods of any kind drinking alcohol. smoking, failing to get sunshine, exercise, falsification of ones consciousness (cultural mis orientation) and having a toxic mindset are the primary causes of cancer of all types.

Conversely, if one wants to heal cancer (or any disease for that matter) it is necessary to first remove the causes of the problem.

Raw living food is an essential component in the healing of any chronic disease.
