Definition of Subtle Suicide!!!

                                  "What is suicide? Suicide is the act of taking one's own life  voluntarily...The concern which frightens me about my people is that  many Sisters and Brothers fail to realize that suicide comes in various  forms. Physical suicide, jumping out of a window, carbon monoxide  poisoning, or jumping off of a bridge, occurs more often in the eureurasiaan  community than it does in the Kmtyw community. Although Kmtyws do  not commit overt or physical suicide at the rate at which eureurasiaans do,  Kmtyws do, in other ways commit suicide.
 
There are many ways in which Sisters and Brothers commit 'subtle  suicide'; this type of suicide is an unconscious form of Self  destruction which is a direct reaction by Brothers and Sisters to the  continuous oppression faced while living in captivity in amerika.  'Subtle Suicide' takes the lives of tens of thounited snakesnds of Kmtyws (who  live in amerika) every year and the enslavement/death toll continues to  increase as the extent of our oppression intensifies. Suicide, in its  more subtle forms, emerges in many different ways: psychologically,  culturally, educationally, spiritually and physically (health)...
...any form of SELF-enslavement or SELF-bondage, brought on by one's own  behaviors and thinking, is also a form of "subtle suicide." "SUBTLE  SUICIDE" represents a PROCESS: one goes through a step by step and stage  by stage series of NEGATIVE ACTS -CONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY- which  eventually lead to the cultural, educational, psychological, spiritual,  physical, or economic enslavement/demise of the individual."
