As a massage Therapist/Healer
I often reveal&release pain and limitations thru out a clients body that they themselves were not aware of. Thou my clients are'nt aware of these troubled areas. The bodymind is, and it begins to operate on auto pilot to protect and redirect certain functions and energy from this area. Leaving these areas dornment and or with little or no sensitivity. Blockages develop thru out the body and holding patterns are formed. In other words even once released thru stretching or working out. The muscle/tissue memory see to it that this pattern is repeated. So any small amount of stress or discomfort can bring it right back rapidly. Energy work such as cranio sacral unwinding, Reiki, and others help the bodymind to release and reset itself. Healing is a process and a decision one must make everyday.  Take the time to really unwind ur full body and bodymind connections. Everything is connected and working together. When we know how to heal ourselves, finding and implementing solutions for our collective liberation wont be a dream we all seem to chase but never catch. It will be our reality!
