I see a lot of fear in our people, and surprisingly, the level of knowledge does not matter. A lot of them aren't doing much but basking in information they know.

White kids as young as 19 come into my office with no assets or credit history and request capital, and when I say, "no", to them owing to credit risk, it never seems to discourage them. Matter of fact, they almost always invite me to their grand opening. In general, If you say "no" to us, it's like it brings forth a generational pain that seeps into our soul.
