My wallet and my phone.

Nonetheless, I'm back and I'm down to 204.8. I've got 15 lbs to go.

Oh no, that's horrible. Glad you are back. I was wondering what happened to you.

Check out my grocery haul for my fast.
I've got mangos, kale, ginger, mint, beets, lemons, oranges, carrots, raspberries, strawberries, herbal tea, coconut water, pineapples, apples, and spring water on deck.  I'm actually kind of excited! #herestohealth

Looks good. It's better to use fresh coconut water though. We're about to start our fast too. Here's my haul

Hi! I figured that fresh coconut water was best. But the coconuts were so little. They looked like I'd only get a swallow out of them.  LOL
So I went with organic and non-gmo packaged water.
Maybe I will save it for after the fast

I started today by skipping ropes for 20 minutes, and then I made a 24 oz mango, banana, pineapple and kale smoothie. After my smoothie, I spent 20 minutes in the garage hitting my bag. In a few hrs I'm going to take the kids to my buddy's house to go swimming. Although, I will be tempted with alcohol and BBQ, I'm just not in the mood to partake.

Interestingly since I started this challenge I've dropped dairy. Yogurt, ice cream and milk are just nasty to me now.

Also, on Thursday I bought a 6 inch  subway sandwich for lunch, and after I ate it I felt this huge rush of pressure in my forehead and eyes which lasted until this morning. I hadn't eaten bread in 3 wk prior to the sandwich and I regret that meal. No more bread or subway for me. I will now explore making my own bread with garbanzo or spelt flour, there are some cool YouTube vids on it.

Yay for giving up the dairy. That's one of the most powerful things you could do from your health.

I say I need to step up my exercise game you guys are killing it!

Oh wow. That bread gave you some headache! I hope to get to a place that my vices taste nasty to me. i.e. white sugar sweetened things.
